When using your cellular or mobile telephone to place calls, you are responsible for your cellular providers airtime. Where we can help you is when your provider charges higher long distance rates to where you are calling to. Normally, a great amount of savings can be found when you dial internationally using prepaid services, or if you have gone past your alloted monthly cell minutes, or if your provider charges extra for long distance calls outside of your calling area.
Dial the toll-free access number from any touch-tone telephone.
At the voice prompt, enter your PIN# (personal identification number assigned to you).
At the next voice prompt, enter your destination phone number as follows:
For domestic call: Dial 1 + area code + telephone number.
For international calls (from the USA): Dial 011 + Country Code + City Code + local
number.

Upon each use, the caller is told how many minutes are remaining for the pre-determined $5, $10, $20, etc. denomination.
Caller has a one-minute warning, alerting when the PIN is almost used up.
